1. Who We Are
Revalo, LLC ("Revalo," "we," "us," or "our") is a land intelligence and property data company. We operate the Revalo mobile application (the "App") and the Revalo website located at www.revalo.io (the "Website"), and provide related data, analytics, and subscription services (collectively, the "Services").
Revalo serves real estate professionals — including advisors, brokers, developers, investors, and other industry participants — by aggregating public-record property data, parcel information, and geospatial intelligence into an accessible mobile-first platform.
For purposes of applicable data protection laws, Revalo, LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. Land Advisors Organization, LLC acts solely as the App distributor and does not control or process user data except as necessary to fulfill its role as publisher.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is a unified policy that governs our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information across:
- The Revalo mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store;
- The Revalo marketing website at www.revalo.io;
- All communications between you and Revalo, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging; and
- Any other interactions with our Services.
By accessing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information from and about you in several ways. The categories below describe the specific data elements we collect, how they are obtained, and where they are stored.
3.1 Identity and Account Data
When you create an account or sign in, we collect:
- Email address — collected at registration and used for login, password reset, account communications, and enrollment in our email marketing list.
- First name, last name, display name, and phone number — collected during onboarding and editable in your profile settings.
- Google OAuth data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, display name, and profile photo URL from Google.
- Apple Sign-In data — if you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID, given name, family name, and email address. Apple provides this data on first sign-in only; Revalo stores it persistently after initial authentication.
- Profile photo URL — stored as a URL reference to your Google or Apple profile photo. We do not download or host the image server-side. You may remove your profile photo at any time.
- Professional role and sub-role — your self-selected professional category (e.g., Advisor, Broker, Developer), used for user segmentation and to generate personalized subscription plan suggestions. Stored server-side.
- Referral source — collected once during onboarding to track how you discovered Revalo. This field is immutable after first save and cannot be changed.
- Terms of Service acceptance — we record the timestamp and version number of your acceptance of our Terms of Service.
3.2 Location Data
The App collects location information to provide core mapping and property search functionality:
- Precise GPS location — collected via iOS LocationWhenInUse and LocationAlways permissions. Background location access may be used for Discovery Mode proximity features and automatic map centering.
- Default search region — your selected state and county for property searches, stored both locally on your device and server-side.
- Recent parcel search history — including latitude/longitude coordinates and parsed address components, stored locally on your device and potentially synchronized server-side.
3.3 Property and Parcel Data
As you use the App to research properties, we collect and store:
- Saved parcels — including parcel ID, geographic coordinates, property owner full name, and legal description. Revalo is not the originator of this third-party personal information.
- User-created notes — title and body text of notes you attach to saved parcels, stored server-side in our database.
- Deep link data — parcel IDs and GPS coordinates temporarily stored in local device storage when you follow deep links into the App.
3.4 Subscription and Billing Data
We maintain records related to your subscription:
- Subscription state — FREE or PAID status, entitlement ID, product ID, offering ID, and synchronization timestamps, stored in Revalo's backend database.
- Subscription history — purchase dates, renewal dates, cancellation dates, billing cadence, and plan names.
- Free credit allocation and metered content ledger — a one-time allocation of free credits and a persistent log of unique metered content opens (parcel and POI taps) per user, used to enforce free tier usage limits.
Important: Actual payment card numbers, billing addresses, and financial account details are processed exclusively by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat Web Billing. Revalo never directly receives, processes, or stores your payment card data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy, Google's Privacy Policy, and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for information on how your payment data is handled.
3.5 Technical and Device Data
We automatically collect certain technical information:
- Device information — device model, operating system version, app version, build number, bundle ID, device locale, and timezone, collected via react-native-device-info.
- Push token — a persistent device identifier used solely for delivering push notifications to your device.
- Authentication tokens — JWT access tokens (24-hour expiry) and refresh tokens (7-day expiry) stored locally on your device. Tokens are blacklisted server-side upon logout.
- User identity graph — your provider identifiers and backend user IDs are all linked to the same user account.
- IP addresses, request metadata, and user agent strings — collected by our server-side security and rate-limiting middleware for abuse prevention and security purposes.
- App Attestation data — transmitted to Apple (App Attest) and Google (Play Integrity) servers to verify the integrity and authenticity of the App installation. This is a security measure and is not used for user tracking or advertising.
- Clipboard data — may be briefly accessed when you explicitly use the tap-to-copy-selected-parcel-information feature within the App. Revalo does not read or monitor clipboard content passively or at any other time.
3.6 Behavioral and Analytics Data
We collect data about how you interact with the App to improve our Services, diagnose issues, and personalize your experience:
- FullStory session recordings — taps, navigation events, screen interactions, and potentially map interactions and parcel taps are recorded from app startup. Session recording data is transmitted to and processed on FullStory's servers.
- Analytics — device identifiers, session data, screen views, and custom events are collected and processed by Google
- Remote Config — feature flag fetches transmit your app version, platform, and instance identifiers to Google servers to determine which features and configurations to deliver.
- Usage behavior for plan recommendations — we observe whether you open more Parcels versus Discovery POIs, and which map styles and layers you use. This behavioral data may be used to suggest subscription plans on the paywall. This constitutes automated behavioral profiling for the purpose of recommending a plan; it does not result in a binding decision, and you may always select any available plan.
- Crash reports — crash logs, stack traces, performance traces, and breadcrumbs of user actions are collected at a 10% trace sampling rate and 2% profile sampling rate. Device information, OS version, app version, and potentially your user ID are transmitted to log servers.
- Map telemetry — your map viewport (latitude/longitude bounding box and zoom level) is transmitted with each map tile request. Device identifiers may also be transmitted to Mapbox for telemetry purposes, as governed by Mapbox's privacy policy.
3.7 Marketing Data
Upon account creation:
- Email marketing enrollment — your email address is automatically added to our marketing list. You are auto-subscribed to marketing communications. An unsubscribe link is included in every marketing email in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
3.8 Website Visitor Data
When you visit the Revalo website at www.revalo.io, we may collect:
- Network and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on each page.
- Cookies and tracking technologies — analytics cookies, session cookies, and similar technologies as described in Section 8.
- Form submissions — any information you voluntarily submit through contact forms, waitlist sign-ups, or other input fields on the Website.

7.3 Business Transfers
If Revalo is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, corporate reorganization, or bankruptcy proceeding, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice within the App before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
7.4 With Your Consent
We may share your information for purposes not described in this Policy with your explicit consent.
7.5 No Sale for Monetary Consideration
Revalo does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. However, as described in Section 12, certain data sharing with analytics and telemetry providers (including Firebase Analytics, FullStory, and Mapbox) may constitute "sharing" of personal information under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. California residents may exercise their right to opt out as described in Section 12.

8.1 Website Cookies
The Revalo website (www.revalo.io) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

10.4 Local Device Storage
Authentication tokens and certain app data are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage, which is unencrypted local storage. Your device passcode, biometric lock, or screen lock serves as the primary protection for locally stored data. We recommend that you always maintain a passcode or biometric lock on your device.
10.5 Limitations
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for securing your device.
11. Your Rights and Choices

- Data that has been aggregated or is necessary for legal compliance may not be subject to deletion.
11.3 Right to Correct
You can update most of your profile data — including your name, display name, phone number, and professional role — via the Edit Profile screen in the App. Please note that the referral source field may be immutable after first save and cannot be modified. For corrections that cannot be made in-app, contact privacy@revalo.io.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, please note that Revalo does not currently appoint a representative under the EU GDPR (Article 27) or the UK GDPR, as the Services are primarily directed at users in the United States. If Revalo expands its user base to the EEA or UK, we will update this Policy and appoint a representative as required.
14. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for use by real estate professionals and are not directed at persons under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services.
Revalo does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. No age verification mechanism is currently implemented. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly terminate the account and delete all associated personal information.

Push notifications may include alerts about product updates, account activity, new features, or promotional content. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Disabling push notifications does not affect your ability to use the App, but you may miss important communications about your account or the Services.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable laws. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent version became effective.

- Displaying an in-app notification or banner.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. For material changes that introduce new processing purposes or expand the scope of data collection in ways that require new consent under applicable law, we will prompt you to review and affirmatively re-accept the updated Policy before continuing to use the affected features.
